It is very important that you hire professional cleaners instead of "independent" cleaners.  Yes, independent cleaners may be cheaper because many times they do not pay taxes and hire illegally.  It may seem like you are getting a good deal at the time, but in the long run they could end up costing you a lot more.   Here are a couple reasons why you should always hire professional services...

1)  If they get hurt anywhere on your property you are at risk of being sued to cover their medical expenses.  We are insured and have workers comp for employees to cover ourselves in the event that something may happen.  Safety and security is one of our top priorities!

2) We pay our taxes, which not only keeps you safe from having to pay them, but it also gives back to our community. According to IRS FORM SS-8,  If you hire someone that isn't licensed, you put yourself at risk of having to withhold Social Security and Medicare taxes from them and match them to remit to the IRS. 

3)  We do background checks and drug screening for our employees.  There have been many cases where people have found that their "cleaning lady" was a convicted murderer, felon or sex offender after it was too late.  If someone is willing to work illegally, what else do you think they will do?  You do not want to put your family and priceless possessions at risk just to save a few bucks.
